The project was conceptualized to create a landmark in the Kalyan City. It went through various stages of discussion with the client and finally got down to a high-end high-rise residential building design with shopping center at the lower floors.

The design of the building was inspired from the free flow of the river running nearby. The planning of the high-rise building was designed according to the wind flow path. Thus the final massing gained the character of intersecting curves. Heading the project in conceptual stage, I was assisted by Ar. Rajeshri Bhimani, drafts-person Vandana Mhasne and civil engineer Rajesh Thakre.
