The project started with the aim of planning a commercial complex in a cramped up area of Kalyan City. The site was surrounded by very busy market area. Thus, to make the mass alive and more vibrant, yet

by keeping sophisticated look, the mass was moulded into organic curves.

 

An exposed sewere line touches one of the boundaries of the site and needed clean-up measures. Natural measures were agreed upon the clean-up of this sewer line by introduction of special algae Ulva sp and Cladophora sp and fishes like Rutilus and Tinca. This project was headed with the help of two other Architects - Ar. Rajeshri Bhimani, Ar. Kashmira Dewlekar. The project is at the

municipal clearance stage.
